Our primary focus when migrating or updating themes is to fully understand the end desire from key stakeholders. We noticed in your RFP from Breef that you are wanting to leverage the "Motion" theme.

It may prove to be more cost efficient to discuss building your theme within something like SvelteKit for faster loading (CRO) and better performance, while building in those features from "Motion" custom to your needs, so as to not bog down loading times with unused code. This is completely optional, but should be discussed for the best possible decision to be made by the Key Stakeholders.
